At Arrow Print Canada, we strive to provide the highest quality custom printing services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.
Returns and Refunds
• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Custom printed items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect or error caused by Arrow Print Canada.
• Defects and Errors: If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Process
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at print@arrowprint.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect product.
2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
