By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Content

By submitting any content for printing, scanning, or reproduction, you confirm that you either own the copyright or are authorized to reproduce the material. Arrow Print Canada is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted content.

2. Printing Accuracy and Color Proofs

We strive to provide high-quality printing services. Color proofs are available upon request. Due to differences in materials, inks, and equipment, color reproduction may vary slightly.

  • Offset and wide-format printing typically achieve up to 96% color accuracy compared to proofs.

  • Final prints may differ slightly from on-screen previews due to material limitations and technology differences.

3. Approval of Work

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs (digital or printed) for layout, sizing, spelling, and color accuracy before production. Once a proof is approved, Arrow Print Canada is not responsible for any dissatisfaction, errors, or costs arising from the approved design.

4. Installation Services

Arrow Print Canada provides basic decal, logo, and signage installation services on vehicles, walls, windows, and storefronts.

  • Installations are performed using non-invasive techniques with plastic tools to minimize surface risks.

  • Customers understand that surface effects such as minor paint peeling or adhesive residue may occur, especially on older or repainted surfaces.

  • Vehicles or trucks remain under the owner’s care, custody, and control at all times during decal installation.

  • Arrow Print Canada does not accept responsibility for vehicles parked during installation and does not store vehicles overnight.

5. Handling of Originals

While we handle all client materials with care, Arrow Print Canada is not liable for loss, damage, or imperfections to original documents during scanning, printing, or installation services.

6. Scope of Services

Arrow Print Canada’s services are performed within Canada.

Approximately 95% of our business is domestic Canadian sales; the remaining 5% involves the shipment of printed goods (calendars, labels, gift packages) to the United States.

7. Technical Drawings and Engineering Services

Arrow Print Canada only provides printing services for technical and architectural drawings submitted by customers.

  • We do not modify, review, certify, or engineer drawings.

  • If engineering or design services are required, the project will be referred to Wavelift Inc., a separate company owned by Peter Flikweert, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Eng., University of Toronto).

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer local pickup, local delivery, and standard shipping services via trusted carriers.

Arrow Print Canada is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Arrow Print Canada be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

Arrow Print Canada reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you accept any changes made.
