Welcome to Arrow Print Canada. This website is provided by Arrow Print Canada as a service to our customers. Please review the basic rules that govern your use of this website. These rules are also referred to as terms and conditions, and your use of the website constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Unlike many other printing firms, our terms and conditions are straightforward. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to do business with us.
SECTION A - Terms and Conditions for Ordering Printing
Arrow Print Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand 100% behind our products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at 519-532-7065 or print@arrowprint.ca within 30 days from the date you receive your printing, and we will happily reprint part or all of your order. Depending on the situation, we may choose to refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding postage and freight.
Color Variation and UV-Resistant Inks
At Arrow Print Canada, we strive to provide the highest quality prints and products. However, it’s important to note that color accuracy can vary based on several factors, including printer color profiles and file profiles (RGB or CMYK).
• Color Variation: While we make every effort to achieve accurate and vibrant colors, please be aware that color reproduction may not be 100% perfect due to variations in printer color profiles and file profiles. Color variations may also occur due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and substrate materials.
• UV-Resistant Inks: For products printed with UV-resistant inks, please note that the color gamut (range of colors) may be slightly smaller compared to indoor inks. UV-resistant inks are formulated for durability in outdoor environments and may exhibit subtle color variations.
Despite these considerations, we are committed to delivering the best possible results using the best materials available. Our team diligently reviews each order to ensure the highest quality output. We aim to minimize color variations and provide you with products that meet or exceed your expectations.
If color accuracy is critical for your project, we recommend discussing your specific requirements with our team before placing your order. We can provide guidance on color profiles and printing options.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we strive for perfection, there are certain issues that are beyond our control and are not covered by our guarantee:
• Typos or errors in customer-submitted art.
• Incorrect quantity, size, type, or product ordered by the customer.
• Damages occurring after delivery.
• Design errors in customer-submitted artwork.
• Incorrect file layout for custom services (folding, drilling, scoring, die-cutting).
• Low-quality resolution files or color selection errors in customer-submitted designs.
• Shipping errors due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please proof and double-check your designs carefully before placing your order.
Other Terms and Conditions
• Our full refund guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. However, we will reprint orders damaged or lost by UPS that are not covered by their policies.
• Original orders must be returned at our cost before reprinting or issuing a refund.
• The maximum cash refund per order or customer is $2500. For orders over $2500, we will reprint the order to correct the defects.
• We are not liable for any damages or claims caused by defective or late printing materials.
• Arrow Print Canada is not responsible for delays or errors by the postal service.
PAYMENT
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, checks, and open accounts for pre-approved institutions.
• All prices are in CAD.
• Once an order is approved and sent, changes are not allowed. Customers are responsible for the full payment unless no work has started and a refund is requested promptly.
SALES TAX POLICY
Arrow Print Canada is required to collect sales tax on all printing purchases shipped to locations where we must pay sales tax. Provide your sales tax exemption forms before your order is shipped if applicable.
ARTWORK FILES
While our prepress department inspects most artwork files, you are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready files. Proofread carefully before submission.
SHIPPING
• Customers can pick up completed jobs at our location. Call ahead to ensure your order is ready.
• We offer local delivery and UPS shipping options, including next-day, three-day, and standard ground.
EDITING, DELETING, OR MODIFICATION OF THIS WEBSITE
We reserve the right to edit this website without notice, including suspending, discontinuing, or modifying offers, documents, products, services, or any content.
SECTION B - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
The content, design, and images on this website are protected by copyright laws and are the intellectual property of Arrow Print Canada. Do not copy, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without our consent.
THIRD PARTIES
If you submit orders on behalf of a third party, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liabilities or lawsuits related to third-party use of this site.
TERMINATION OF USAGE
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to all or any part of this site at any time, without notice and without reason.
Arrow Print Canada is not responsible for errors or delays in responding to requests caused by incorrect email addresses provided by you.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements regarding printing products and services presented on this website. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
