Event Setup for Riot Games – Vietnam

We had the incredible opportunity to bring to life the event space for Riot Games’ VCS Spring 2022 – Glorious Journey and GAM Fan Meeting in Vietnam. From design to installation, our team was proud to handle the full setup for this exciting esports event.

The project included custom backdrops, stage graphics, photo zones, and branded interview spaces featuring key sponsors such as Monster Energy, Logitech G, LEEP, and NRG Asia. Every element was crafted to reflect the dynamic energy of the League of Legends community and ensure an immersive experience for both players and fans.

The main highlight included two epic photo backdrops—one for the GAM Esports fan meet and another for VCS Spring 2022—both completed with iconic weapon props and team visuals. We also set up the stage and player booths with LED-lit branding, and prepared press zones for post-match interviews with sponsor wall wraps and clean lounge seating.

We're honored to have contributed to one of Vietnam's biggest esports events and helped create a memorable atmosphere for fans, teams, and organizers alike.
